As a New Yorker, yes! Your bathroom is far larger than mine. Thanks for acknowledging that. So many of these tiny house videos say how small the kitchen or bathroom is, but, if you live in a small apartment in any urban area, those are typical sizes. People in NY and elsewhere have been "living tiny" for generations.

I've always been afraid that my books couldn't go into a tiny house with me (and we're talking about a few thousand books). But, this home comforts me because she made room for books and art. I also like the kitchen being at one end of the house instead of along a wall, taking up too much space. Congrats on a beautiful home!

Finally! A tiny home with room for books! I get the importance of downsizing, but in the majority of tiny homes, I see *no* books - and often no art, either. I can downsize clothes, furnishings, whatever, but never books. Ebooks are great for travel, but we need our books! ❤ What a stylish & classy woman - she has an enthusiasm & energy that are both genuine and wholly unique, and she's built a home around her that reflects her unique character. Would love to have met her reading partner, who was reclining on the sofa - lots of folks in tiny homes own pets, of course, and I'm always curious to hear how they manage to wrangle them up to lofts!

This house is SO me! I downsized from 12 bookcases to 4 but that's as far as it will go. I'm now in a 900 sf farm house with a basement but in 8-10 years, a tiny house like this one, will be my new & final home --hopefully. I'm 68. So happy to discover that, No, I do not have to give up my books! ❤ (I also don't care for dishwashers or air conditioners.)

I like the design of it. I have a lot of books & art too. 😁 The kitchen is pretty cool too. 👍🏻 She calls herself a minimalist. She and I have very different ideas about that means. I've never seen a 'minimalist' with so many things. When she said that as a 'minimalist' if something doesn't work she doesn't just get rid of it... huh? i've never heard of a minimalist that kept things that didn't work. There are some minimal us I've seen that something Hass to do at least double or triple duty otherwise they don't have it they get rid of it
