Zack, you seem very real and sincere. A large part of my life I have lived outside of the US in areas of conflict and where people are openly honest and fraudless. I agree that sometimes God takes us another direction to let us learn and grow into where we can actually be useful.

The content--SUPERB, the information ditto, understandability--very great. Worth the watch, ABSOLUTELY. Watching Chase slur his words and eyelids droop…not so much. My only suggestion would be don't be drunk when you do this and post it. Come one, this is a serious topic and our hearts and souls are into photography/media presentation. After watching Zack's video about what is really important in life, this comes as an antithesis to it with drunk delivery, not content. I will recommend this piece to others though. :)

Thank you Chase Jarvis. I am a new photographer (not new to photography as such, just new to taking it seriously), and one of the things I struggle with the most is dealing with the beginning phases of business. Your message of 'keep being persistent and don't give up' is exactly what I needed to get my head screwed on right about the whole thing. It's easy to get caught up in thinking about having tonnes of clients one day, it's harder to get there.

Just to let you know that your audience is'nt all bright young things..... I've taken early retirement and still have a lot of life in me and am hoping to channel my passion for photography into a career.... No where near it yet but watching these interviews and stuff on CreativeLive I am getting revved up and am chomping at the bit to get started....All the way from the UK!! I can't do the math the other way. Because -8+2 is not equal to 6 east of the date line? Dude you're at GMT-8 I'm at GMT +9.5 (seriously .5). So that means that I am 17.5 hours ahead of you (in time - but light years in stylin'). That 17.5 is the difference between -8 and 9.5. So when it is 11am Tues where you are its 17.5 hours ahead where I am, i.e. 4:30am Wed. The math doesn't change depending on where you are, only changes depending on what the plus or minus from GMT is.
