Jenny your black outfit looks so pretty on you. It enhances your natural beauty even moreso. The red lipstick makes everything pop. David your hat color does wonders for you. Always look so neat and clean. You're a 🔥looking couple. Love the minimalism of the apartment from colors to furnishings. 👏🏻

I also sometimes read the last sentence of the book before I start buuuuut that actually adds a bit of extra fun, where you will get just a litttllee bit of information which would not spoil anything and you would totally forget that sentence through out the book but but but when you are almost finished with the book and you read the last sentence you would be like oh yeahh I have read this before and now everything makes sense, old me reading that sentence and me now reading that sentence are totally different people :D

I honestly don't think refusing to give a stranger information about yourself is rude at all! Boundaries are healthy, and important. Tbh: the rude person in these scenarios is the person behaving in an invasive way (in this case shirtless park dudes). Red flags get raised in my head when I notice someone trying to secure a "connection" with me upon first meeting them (over sharing, trying to spend a lot of time with me/ hanging around, asking inappropriate question LIKE WHERE I LIVE!!?? omg)-- to me it shows a lack or regard for my comfort, and a pushing of personal boundaries. Not good signs.

Your rapport is very cute and the discussion was extra amusing today. I laughed out loud a good number of times. Also, I'm impressed every time I listen at your vocabulary (especially considering that English isn't your first language). Thanks for the witty and fun chat today! ❤️

and the swedish original is way better than the remake. rooney mara plays lisbeth, but noomi rapace BECOMES her.

I was watching Bron, with subtitles, not dubbed. Ended up learning a few words, but 4 years later, the only words that stuck with me, besides 'bron' were "flicka" and "tack".😅

Your story about dubbing, when Jenny said her favourite Swedish dubbing was Sailor Moon, reminded me of a very interesting case from my childhood - I didn't find it weird until this day. The other popular Japanese anime tv series next to Sailor Moon was Dragon Ball. It had several different parts and I specifically remember that I watched it with Polish translation read by a lecturer on the top of the original version with French dubbing. It is such a weird thing that they didn't show original, Japanese version with Polish translation, it would change the vibe of the whole experience completely! Instead of that we saw a Japanese anime with French dubbing and Polish translation on the top 😅 Gosh....

Please watch Arcane! I think its hype is much more justified than the hype for Squid Game. Arcane was drawn and animated by a French studio and the story is incredible.

Porco Rosso is sexist in English, but if you watch it in Italian it is absolutely brilliant. Crazy how much the translations make a difference!
