Fan Comments ~
"At your concert last night - what a night!!! Your voice resonated thru the ceiling uplifting our spirits and our hearts .You were amazing your voice better than ever. Your obvious delight in the audiences response was humbling. The best concert ever!!!"
"I waited more than 30 years to see you perform live and last night it happened. Unbelievable. General consensus is that you're getting even better with age - like a violin! In the 70's and 80's your music was so ubiquitous and overplayed within my circle of friends that we endearingly called the band "Supercramp". We knew every word and note. The cassette tapes would wear out in the car and the album covers all tatty. Thanks for all the goosebumps and smiles last night. On a high all day today."
"Not one person in the theatre wanted to leave. Everyone, standing up and waving their arms, was asking for one more song. Hodgson's voice, his presence and energy still remain as intact as they were during his earlier years and he gave the best of himself in a superb performance, which was transformed at the peak of the show."
"I could say thank you for my entire life, for giving us all the possibility to enjoy your music live, and your concert last Tuesday will be on my heart forever. I truly hope to have the chance to see you live again!! Thank you so much for making us fly and dream with our eyes wide open."

My favorite artist. I remember my brother giving me this album on my birthday (I still have it). I played it over and over memorizing every word, every note. Knowing the next song as it played in my head before the needle got to it. Thank you, Roger Hodgson. You truly are and have written the soundtrack to my life and without your influence I wouldn't have appreciated music as I do today. I have seen you twice live and once with Supertramp in Boston at the Symphony Hall back in '78. Thank you. Thank you for the goose bumps, for the memories, for the music. Much love.

The albums of Supertramp are with me now for more than 30 years. I have seen Roger live 2 years ago and unlike any other concert I have been attending in the last 20 or 30 years, he kept me crying with every new song he performed. I cannot explain what your music is doing to me - I just can say that it is one of the most valuable experiences I ever made. Thank you.

Another example of why Roger Hodgson is one of the most gifted musicians of our generation. The video is great but to wholly appreciate this song you need to see him perform it live.

One of the most eloquently worded songs,I remember.Supertramp was one of the best bands out there I too was 17 .I’d get a bit high myself on weeds put my headphones on and crank it up…..enter dreamland! No regrets. It still sounds just as fab sober as a judge. Love his smile! Again, great band. Great album cover too! Even In The Quietest Moments ! Was what I played repeatedly with passion …..I think, over time, its helped free my mind …..To one day eventually write myself. No rock poet, scarcely. But,it’s very freeing. Thank you Roger for all the beauty and your epic smiling!😊😊STILL GREAT!

This is my all-time favorite album. I had the cassette and played it so many times that the tape broke. Of course I bought another, then the CD and could never tire of hearing the whole album. Thank you for your music, and I pray to see you perform live someday. It'll be a dream come true to hear this song and Fool's Overture.

And a year has passed and a part of MY life I will dedicate to you, your poetry, your thoughtfulness and your love for life. I will continue to share and introduce a song or a story of a time in my life, where you were the one I turned to for hope and for healing. Sometimes music is the language of my, (or anyone's) soul. Why is it considered faux pas to allow musicians to weave the poetry of your life? Think about it, the music that they write is a picture of reality for someone. Inspirational with a melody to help. But, it's okay to walk in and quote Shakespeare. But, oh quote a song, share a link, whatever it may be to help someone who may be lost or hurting inside, letting them know, they are not alone. That's a bad thing? Even the music without the lyrics for instance, has enough impact on a person's being - makes them think. And, well, if you can get them to think...and reason...and hope...and dream....and perhaps smile and ultimately - Live.. A huge 'thank you' to this man's thoughtful, poetic and very real passion, that he passed on to me and many others like me. Hugs Roger Hodgson❤
