4:50 if you side with the bell he will give you this so you don’t need to do the quest you can just side with the bell then side with gale (you will keep the bell saint chime) and then talk to oracle

hey 3ndy theres a glitch that lets you use techniques in non-compatible weapons like occult arts on the blizzard greataxe. to do this you need to press the technique button then right before when your character stops thinking you swap out to any weapon that isnt a gun, bow or magic weapon. this synergizes really well with elemental/explosive builds

talk to oracle, they are under the bridge. whenever you get one of the 2 techniques, oracle will give you the other technique
