I trained as a competitor @ OverLoad in 2013, Wayne Kim was the owner (Awesome owner, and coach). Jon was the gymnastics specialist coach, and he was amazing! He has carried on the Legacy of this Box!...I will aways be an OverLoader!

Our former box, until we moved to Florida! Jon (and don't leave out Kira!) is truly committed to the best for each of us, individually. He runs Overload as a passion for helping others, and no other reason. I can't say enough good things about him. CFbO is everything a CF gym should be! We miss you guys!
