hi .... Thank you for the tips ...this is the part I have trouble with the most during the test. The hardest part for me is the push I am a small female about 5'2 and not half as muscular as this girl. I was wondering if there was an easier way for someone of my height and statue ...the bar to begin with is almost as high as my neck

Liz Meza - You need to lower your body, in a staggard stance with your dominant leg back, straight arms, lock out your elbows and shoulders. You push with legs and upper body keeping your core muscles tight.

My tip if they provide you the rope , dont use the rope ,, if you in nypd, use the handle. , I might try again for school safety, NEVER GIVE UP.. EXCUSES Are for THE WEAK.
