Do you have a video for technique with the double handle for the pull portion?

I don't have one, but I can certainly shoot one. Thanks for the idea!

Hi Marc, Firstly, thank you for posting all your prep videos. I truly believe they made a huge impact on me being ready for the PARE. I took it this past Wednesday, Jan 11, 2017 and was successful. Secondly, I have a few points to make about the experience that perhaps you can focus a few videos on. Going into the test, I was extremely confident in my push technique learned from your video, but on arrival was told arms MUST be straight, not locked and slightly bent. You do mention that it depends on who is administering the test, but it doesn't seem fair that only one method is acceptable. I chose the one that worked best for me and wasn't allowed to use it. Your viewers need to know this and should train in both methods to be safe. You may also want to discuss nutrition during the training phase and, in particular, the day of the test. Most people aren't aware of the environment they are going into and how long the process takes, especially when there are upwards of 17 people taking the test. In my case, the test was scheduled to start at 7pm and I did not run it until 8pm. This was after being awake for 12 hours! If you could talk about timing of meals and what foods are recommended for optimum fuelling, I feel that could be a huge help to your viewers. Again, I appreciate everything you have done. I am currently in a college program for law enforcement and I have shared your page with many classmates. Just watching gives people a great advantage. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! Sincerely, Ryan
