Bunny Wailer the last of the 5 with Beverly Kelso, Peter Tosh, Jr Braithwaite, & Bob Marley that were the original Wailers, will never be forgotten. Legend.

Yes im tired of hearing original 3, Other 2 not getting respect
@lloydsphiri11873 жыл бұрын
@@kevinburns9717 I think it's because they were not really singers but players of instruments - this I heard in one of Peter Tosh interviews - these 3 were wailing thus the birth of Wailers - that's what I got from it - others may not agree

I've recently started to " know " B.Wailer.. I mean here in vid like this one.. and WOOO I like this guy !!! what an authentic guy!!.. could have been the leader but he lacked just a little smoothness in his voice for that.., which Bob had.. and that's why Bob became the legend..
@fredvan60432 ай бұрын
Well, one could argue... Bunny actually had the smoothest voice of the Wailers trio (and was technically the best singer); Bob became the legend most of all because of his songwriting abilities. Still, the album "Blackheart Man" remains a timeless classic that earned Bunny his legendary status! Too bad his later albums couldn't meet the high standards set by this debut...

@fredvan60432 ай бұрын
Nonsense. He was just one of them; the Wailers were formed jointly, while they were meeting up at Joe Higgs' (informal) singing lessons. And note that before Tosh had joined the Wailers or even set foot in a recording studio, Marley was the only one of the group who had already recorded a couple of singles as a solo artist ("Judg not", "One cup of coffee"...).

Good grief! Why this fighting to speak the english english language 'properly ' just speak naturally as a jamaican, it works. Listening to this, despite the valuable information it gives, is like trying to drive a car in Ist gear only, painful.
