I was privileged to see Bunny Wailer perform live in Barbados in 2003. I believe it was the first time he played in Barbados. I was only there for a week so it was amazing luck that he played at that time. It was a wonderful night, I have never forgotten it. Rest in peace Bunny, your legend will live on 🇯🇲

A true Legend. A musical Griot. Bunny wasn't always credited enough for his contributions to the Wailers. Sometimes he showed resentment but he deserves that credit. And he made great songs of his own . I remember his Liberation and Rock and Groove albums. Rise and Shine was one of my favorite songs. He balanced himself between Roots Reggae and Rub a Dub Style Dancehall quite well. Nuff Respect to the Blackheart Man.

I am so glad I got to watch this. Seeing him talk about seeing his mother on the stage performing😊 you could see the love ❤ in his eyes. Surely my heart was warm in my chest.
