Hi Nanny, you are so inspirational to all ages . I am a retired hairstylist and nail technician from way back in the early 60's l have to tell you life is difficult at times hubby inherited polycystic renal failure ,short story he continues his recovery but at 79 he struggles ,l get very bogged down as so called friends have no idea about my life ,family what's that ?we live in Spain where our health care is very good but l realise being a fit 76year old that for 30 years my life has stopped ,l miss my ladies ,l loved my work ,it went AWOL when this illness hit ,l just want to tell you how much l love your chatter ,all aspects of a real woman's life are in your chats ,thank you so much for you and your heartfelt understanding of what it's like to be older ,getting old is a blessing my mum died at 56 so l feel greatful to have got this far ,many many thanks for you and your thoughts ,it's helped me feel less alone . Dear Nanny, thank you for your wonderful hairdressing ideas with the hair bumps and food recipes, but there was no visual taste test. I like it when you taste test your recipes for us to see how it all turned out in your mouth, it somehow completes everything. @@crushingtheir80snannyandmoose About the froggie project and froggie bowl, i have a confession to make, I remember saying I will never order from ebay anything fragile, but I did go check to see the froggie bowls and got tempted to buy one that looked so pretty. It arrived in perfect condition, It was a frivolity buy but I now have something tangible to remind me of you and how you did not give up on working on your froggie restoration project, So when I will look at my own froggie bowl it will remind me to not give up and to keep persevering in Christ Jesus. 🍅Hi Nanny and Moose. Your hair looks lovely, Nanny, I had my own “spa” day today. Once a week I try to tackle those dread chin hairs, nose hairs, and some eye brow stragglers. I remember someone saying “After 40 it’s ALL Maintenance!” How true!!! I’m 67 and live alone. My retail store just went bankrupt so I lost my supplemental income, but I’m bound and determined to take care of ME as best I can. I took care of a man for 35 years and he divorced me, so I concentrate on my son, lovely DIL and three gorgeous little grandsons. We are all blessed in many different ways. And God rewards our pain in the end. Bless you for all you bring to so many. That pie looks fabulous! Thinking of our friends in the hurricane path. Prayers to all of us 🤗🦋🐝❤️

Love the scarf idea!!! I have tons of these scarves and can’t wait to start playing around with this idea for my own hair!!! I am still waiting for my hair to get longer…my hair is growing out from a shaved pixie cut and it is taking an eternity to get it long enough for a pony tail without so many stray hair lengths falling down everywhere-GRRR!!! Dear God please help me not to cut my hair that short ever again!!! If I ever get my hair long enough for a nice pony tail I swear I will NEVER go any shorter ever again!! Oh, those tomatoes would make a great spaghetti sauce! I wasn't able to do that this year. No tomatoes. Nanny, that aqua blouse is a wonderful color for you, looks wonderful. Hi Nanny, I enjoyed your Constipation video - at 66, I too am experiencing these types of issues. I am now using a foot stool to help me enjoy the go. It works in moving things out. Nanny, so great that you did a video focusing on self care. Many of us are so focused and often overwhelmed taking care of others. And even if we do so happily, we will not be able to give to others if our tank is on empty. Our physical and mental health must be a priority, and both of those will benefit by us taking a bit of “me time” to do something just for ourselves. It can be a mani/pedi, time to just go through makeup and play, read a book, journaling………just something that lifts us up. We will be a better, happier person for it. p.s…..how in the world do those dang chin hairs pop up in no time, but I can’t grow new hair on my head?🤪 Have a blessed and hopefully cooler week ahead. 💕💄🍅

Love your cooking videos gives me ideas! I have got rid of almost all my dressier clothes after retiring but then I’m use to purging my Gram taught me well. If your not using it give it away. So I have very little clutter😀

Hi again dear Nanny.....oooh, that tomato pie looked delicious! Will have to give it a try.....Another great video.....Also I enjoy your hair do....tips and styles as well as your wonderful fashion shows! Yes, I just love fall and the autumn colors, cooler temperatures, crisp mornings, garden mums and of course Halloween! ....Yes, I'm already bringing out some of my fall decorations for our small living room and dining room and later the little front porch. I also decorate a dear friend's large window sill in her room at the nursing home for the seasons....this weekend out come the little mini scare crows, ceramic pumpkins and a small autumn silk arrangement that I made. Here in Pa. .....you know it's fall when the spiced wafers in those orange boxes come out on the shelves in the market! Blue Moon tonight! Hugs from a nana in Pa.

Nanny I just started watching you . Went back and watched older videos . I’m so inspired by you . I like you love dressing and hair dos , hats just all of it I wanted to tell you about graphite pencils for eyebrows . It’s a more natural look . I love using them. I love you and moose. Keep making us laugh with the undone shoulder pads as well. It’s great to laugh at our boo boos too.
