12:18 Why don't pro enduro and dh racers use tire inserts such as Mynesweepers or Cushcore?

suspension tweaks? What settings. I know we count clicks. X clicks over how many clicks the range is. I am sure the brands vary a bit. Thoughts on volume spacers. I am always down to test things out. Ideas are welcomed, that's why I come to youtube. Thanks Neko.

Dude! This is the best interview I e seen in a while .... Do more of theses ! Be honest !

Ive been to windrock and seen him tweaking stuff after each run and still making every shuttle up usually not missing a shuttle the entire day. Such a sick and knowledgeable rider and even though he does alot of interviews etc I really like when people pick his brain for info since he knows so much.

This was perfect (minus the mic hiccup) Informative, not a sales pitch, just chill bike-geek shop talk. Well done fellas.

I like what he said about having complete confidence in the bike, if you trust the bike you'll ride well. More of these please!

I love how he explains things and how your questions let him decide how to direct the answer in the best and simplest easy to understand format!! I came from racing/riding moto enduro/xc events with a bit of mx thrown in for good measure. We did testing the same way as him in that we would ride the stock bike to learn it just how it came from the factory then decide on which way to go with what changes we wanted to make. Ironically our first changes was always dialing in the suspension then it went out from there and for me once I got comfortable with something that's how I left it unless we had some serious weather changes and that's exactly how I approach my archery setups and my mtb setups too!!

This was awesome! Neko is the man. A ton to learn here. Thanks guys!

This was fantastic! Love hearing no BS responses from someone who has actually tried different setups and speaks from experience and not a marketing angle. Overall, there is way too much hype about how "revolutionary" adding 5mm reach is. Sure, there are slightly better and slightly worse products out there, but Neko mirrors my experiences that it just doesn't make that much difference. Most stuff is quite good and the rider is exceptionally adaptable. Just go ride your bike! Great interview! Thank you.

Got to meet/ride with neko at Windrock back in November before signing with intense. I remember him riding 29/27.5 that day. Dude is just so down to earth.

The most important thing to remember is it doesn't matter what you ride. ...As long as you win arguments on the internet about what bike (part) is best. 🧐

That was awesome, what an interesting and informative guy! More of these please! This is quickly turning into one of my favourite channels!! Uk shipping required though!
@benasquith265 жыл бұрын
Yes UK shipping is needed
@WorldwideCyclery5 жыл бұрын
Thanks guys! And we do ship to the UK! Just add to your cart and check the rates. To be honest though, with the cost of shipping to the UK it's likely always going to be cheaper for you guys to buy from CRC 😞. But you can still watch the channel and come ride bikes with us when you visit the US 👍👍

i saw a great video about developing moto bikes and how its pretty easy to go round in circles with the amount of choices available these days . basically it came down to taking the stock and then making one change at a time and feeling what each change did after the ride , then moving onto the next change

Heyguys, got a question here. Since Neko switched teams quite often, I am curious to know what happens to all the bikes from the previous sponsor? Or the components which are not from the previous sponsor? To they get send back to the sponsors or something? Cheers Steffen
@WorldwideCyclery5 жыл бұрын
Hey Steffen! Sometimes the sponsors want the bikes back and other times Neko keeps them and other times he sells them to friends or on pinkbike. Or on a rare occasion he even posts them for sale on his Instagram. However he has a basement full of old bikes and parts, so he hoards them to 😅

Aside from the excessive use of a filler word ‘like’, it was a surprisingly intelligent conversation on the subject. One thing Neko said was is very true and advisable for every rider to stick by: “what you think is better is the best option”. So true.
@selder035 жыл бұрын
Basically. Just go fucking ride your current equipment, just dial in the suspension and tire pressure.

A good rider will adapt in 5 minutes, and a bad rider won't even notice it??! I know for sure that a good rider will kill it on just about any bike!
@kingrat7385 жыл бұрын
Common sense stuff really ^^ If you're into what you do, you'll become attuned to what works & what doesn't. Your average garage hack doesn't have a team of mechanics to adjust/make changes, so dialing in will take somewhat longer. Basically, have a tinker & find what works. Then note/record it & you've got your window.
