hi Avia. good video. what makes me healthy is just going to sleep when I am tired, sometimes in the day I take an hour nap if the sun makes me tired. try it that way! remember it is not about the time you sleep it is when your body feels tired and you will notice when you are less energetic. I haven't been sick for so long because of sleeping when I am tired. it may be the answer for you too. maybe you will stay healthy too! love your videos. see you soon and take care. enjoy the day.

i would keep videos you love cause you never know about youtube they could delete it. i even back up my photos on fb since i can do private folders where only i can see it or my friends or my family can see them. in case something happens to my laptop or usb stick that there on
