While u are stuck at home, you can make these homemade stickers with parchment paper and clear packing tape! 1. Draw or print a picture and cut it out (make sure it is not too big) 2. Place 1 or 2 peices of tape horizontaly (sticky side down) on the parchment paper. 3. If you are using 2 peices of tape, make sure they overlap a little. 4. Place your picture face-up on the tape. There should be at least a centimeter of tape around the sides of the picture. 5. Now put more tape (sticky side down) on top of the picture. There should be at least a centimeter of tape around the sides of the picture. 6. Now cut the picture out. MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE A BORDER AROUND THE PICTURE! 7. Now take off the parchment paper off the back of your sticker. You can stick the sticker anywhere. You can leave the parchment paper on the back of the sticker if you want to store it for another time. BTW, I didn't come up with this. It's not original.

I love how real you are. A lot of bujo-ers on youtube & instagram make these gorgeous & aesthetic spreads, but then you see in their flip-throughs that they never really use them. So many spreads are completely blank. They're just pretty white space. But there you are, making notes and spreads, just working through your day with your bujo! I absolutely understand feeling like you are more productive at home if you put your makeup on, I also won't have as productive a day if I don't get ready in the morning, get dressed and showered and hair done ect, but I do think that it does kinda show us how important makeup becomes for our subconscious, like we couldn't casually go a day without because even if we don't even leave the house, we feel like we didn't do all the steps to get ready for a productive day if we don't.. not judging at all, please don't take it that way, it just makes me thoughtful about myself and my own habits .. lots of love from Italy I hope you and all your loved ones stay healthy and safe xo

Re swallowing pills, I swear half of it is in your head. I'm the exact same way, I HATE swallowing pills, but I had to have a procedure done last year and they gave me two HUGE pills to take, but everything was happening so fast so I just took them with no problem! It was some weird sorcery.

I swallow pills pretty easily. With one sip of water 😂. And my parents always tell me drink more water (at least 3 sips). While my sister needs 10 sips for 1 pill.... It's really weird isnt it
