Hi dear Kay👋😊. I did yesterday. I added chopped onion, egg, marjoram to the mashed potatoes and mixed. I formed bullets out of the mass and wrapped them in breadcrumbs and fried them. If your cookies spread and join up in to a GIANT cookie…whilst it’s still warm, use a cookie cutter to make a perfect batch and eat all the bits left over! 🤓

I happened to stumble on a video on how to make the cookies perfectly round! It I'd pure genius! While still warm, get a glass and set on top of cookie then just swirl around! Perfect round cookie! I haven't tried this yet but this individual 's cookies turned out beautifully round! Of course, it's probably more fun using cookie cutter and eating the scraps! Yum!
