Thank youuuu! It's based on which courrier I choose to ship with. For USA I usually use Canada Post / USPS, wholesale is typically with UPS, sometimes FedEx. But it really depends on which place I buy the shipping labels with, depends on weight of the package and some places offer better rates or some I get a discount with!

Aw thank you! My note notebooks are all printed locally with a small print shop and my notepads are also printed with a local paper company!

Do you have a favourite laminate for your book marks? I'm in the UK and have been looking for laminating pouches especially for bookmarks but they don't seem to be sold over here. I hadn't thought to laminate them by hand 🙄

Hey!! I got it from SmallBusinessSupplyCo, they no longer have tissue paper at the moment as they did a restructuring for their company, but if you follow them you can keep up with their updates. I think they may bring back the tissue paper soon!
