I wouldn't trust that Mystic Nights seller and that price. I took pictures on my phone where he put the game on Ebay back in october for around 1000$, then 'sold' it and relisted it two weeks later for double the price. Then he 'sold' it again and relisted it recently for double the price again. He's manipulating the price. Edit : No, he didn't sold different copies but the exact same one.

I remember when sellers were doing that with Kuon for $30 then $60 and they manipulated it all the way up over $100!! It should be a $30 game and it's only worth more than that because it was manipulated!!!

Manipulated pricing? If someone buys the game for that price then that is what it’s worth. Sounds to me like this person has some of the only copies of this game there are and can’t figure out its market value so they’re just trying to figure it out as best as they can.

@@douglassmith9445 ppl 100% try to boost the sale price. If u have a decent amount of copies of a title it can be done . Esp cuz price charting is based of sales. So it's def possible. Also, I've found more then not....the reasoning why someone is doing something...it's the shitty reason. Not the nice reason. Ppl suck. Just reality of our world.

I remember back when I had a PS2 collection I had extra copies of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Capcom vs. SNK 2 sealed. I sold them in a bundle at quite a high price. I'm surprised used copies are still being listed for as much as it. All they need to make is a _Legacy Collection_ of the vs series series in 2 releases... one for the Marvel vs Capcom series and another for the Capcom vs SNK series.

22:37 Probably best to just search in your region. A lot of sellers don't list the region and you can see you were still getting Australian PAL listings.

Mystic Nights was a game I first heard about around 2014/2015 and I think I remember seeing a copy on eBay around that time as well. It sold for a way lower price although I do not remember the exact price. Back in that time frame, there were very few Korean PS2 games being sold on eBay. There are a lot more now but they are now sold at highly inflated prices. Mystic Nights is the rarest commercially released PS2 game to my knowledge. It was only released in Korea and they only made a few thousand copies (I don’t remember the exact amount but somewhere in the 1000s). I know eBay sellers love to sell Korean PS2 games at highly inflated prices but that is a truly next level price.

Never thought I'd have MvC2 for PS2 because of the price, then I ran across it at a yard sale at almost noon about four years ago. Guy was selling games 3/$12 I think it was. One of the other games I got in the bundle was DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Guy sold me those for cheap but was bragging about having a copy of Snoopy vs The Red Baron that was featured on another well-known KZbinr's channel. Months later I ran into him, and he tried to pass that same game off on me as new (it was a horrible re-seal).

Ive been having trouble with finding PS2 imports that are specifically from US sellers I bought SNK's Garou Mark of The Wolves for 32 dollars. Pete if you have sny tips for the following question I wanna ask please feel free. Is it worth paying extra from American Sellers who charge a bit extra for a foreign item on ebay, or woild you happily wait longer for a game to get to your mailbox if it means spending less? I'm personally in no rush but i just wanna be sure i shouldn't overpay for a game.if its cheaper to have ir transported to my country.
