Rare, Obscure & Hidden Gem PS1 Reccomendations

I picked out a stack of PS1 reccomendations for you guys that can fall into the categories of rare, obscure & hidden gems. These are all games I have played and enjoyed (mostly) over the years so I hope you find some new games to check out for my favorite console, the PS1.

This channel is one of the last bastions of old-school gaming KZbin. I was just telling Bill/AlphaOmegaSin that you, him and HappyConsoleGamer are really keeping the flame alight in that regard. I guess John Hancock would fit that bill as well. I'd love to see you cover more of these bizarre/obscure NTSC PS1 games.

Im enjoying collecting for PSX again so much. 25 years since I was a diehard PS fan, I'm collecting and playing most of the games I either had, rented and enjoyed, or straight up missed out on. Now my collection is bigger than ever (though miniscule compared to yours). I cannot believe it's been over 2 and a half decades... time flies!

Thanks so much for another one of these recommendation videos. I really appreciate the 'classic' style of it as well. You were a huge inspiration to me for getting into retro games, and that was way back in the late 00's when I was in high school. Those videos got me through high school and college. KZbin videos these days are too in your face and I realize there is still an audience for videos in this style. I am just glad that people appreciate my views on games enough to listen to my descriptions of them rather than have to have gameplay to accompany it. I think it takes a certain skill in video making to talk about games in a compelling manner without gameplay and keep viewers’ attention, so thank you for the kind words.
