A Public Safety Roundtable Talk for Women's History Month - "Reaching Back to Help the Future"

The many fields of public safety share at least one thing in common: They typically don't include a lot of women. While there have been some encouraging (if very slow) steps towards gender parity, the question of "how do you navigate and succeed as a woman in public safety?" remains a big deal.
So...we thought we'd ask the experts! Joining us are Kim Pratt (Financial Crimes Detective), Beth Celestini (Retired U.S. Secret Service) and Harper Fair (Firefighter/EMT and one of our own MACEM&PS students!) to talk about how they got their starts in their respective industries, the best and most challenging parts of their jobs, and what advice they'd have for women hoping to follow in their footsteps.
