SUBSCRIBE to help our unintentional ASMR collection grow bit.ly/UASMR and hit that 🔔. Our last unintentional ASMR re-edit featuring the legendary John Butler has proven pretty popular so in this sleep video we have someone who may lay claim to the title of the female John Butler... Katie Davis. Here is her soft spoken interview with the wonderful Renate McNay, herself an unintentional ASMR star who was recently featured on our list of the best female unintentional ASMR voices. Find out where she placed here:
In this video Katie Davis sits down in the Conscious TV studios to talk about spirituality, non-duality and consciousness. The video has been specifically edited for Unintentional ASMR to maximize the soft spoken American accent and Austrian accent of these wonderful women. Huge thanks to Iain and Renata at www.conscious.tv/

She’s talking about awakening to who we really are. We are all the One. We are Love. We are Eternal Bliss. We are Source Energy in a physical body. Etc... Most people are running around looking for something outside of themselves to bring them joy or fulfillment, when what they are looking for is there within them the whole time. You are the One you are looking for. If eternal joy is who we really are then it must be present NOW.

They’re saying who you really are, your consciousness or soul, is more than just the body. Who you really are is God/Source Energy/Bliss/Joy in a physical body. You are the One you are looking for. Except the you that you think you are is so much more. So they’re saying to try to be more present and “inhabit” your body, while you’re here in this reality. Your body and all physical reality is projected into reality from a higher self/perspective. So relax, give yourself a break. You/we have been playing our part perfectly, regardless of whether we’d judge it as positive or negative so far. The outer world is a reflection of the inner mind, individually and en masse. If we don’t like the world, we must change ourselves. Because something could only be happening to us if we’ve achieved vibrational harmony with it. If you want to know what vibrational signal you’re sending out, look around you. What are your dominant emotions that you exude the majority of the time? Are you joyful, i.e. a vibrational match to who you really are, or are you depressed and dragged down? And what proportion of each day do you devote to indulging in either positive or negative thoughts and emotions? Some of this might be my own intake on the information, or influenced by other similar information sources.

It's amazing how many people in the comments can't follow what this woman is saying. Millions of blind internet addicted gen-z-ers completely unaware of the character of their own experience, habits of their own minds, and reacting to their biased view of people based on their appearence and preconcieved notions of (unwarented) superiority. Learn meditation first from a qualified teacher, then about the school of advaita vedanta if you care to follow what this woman is trying to convey. Nobody here is speaking about healing crystals. They are talking about the sense of self, about the sense of feeling seperate as a subject distinct from the objects of your experience (here's me over here, that's a lamp over there, I'm aiming attention at it). This sense of separation falls away with a certain kind of attention that is trained in meditation. The experience of seeing through that illusion has been documented by even non-religious folk east and west for now thousands of years - it's called awakening in modern times. There is nothing woo about it, it's not a cult, they don't ask you to have faith in anyone or any thing, just to use your attention in a certain way and see for yourself
