farewell to a master who continuously celebrated the elegance within the chaos. He passed away on July 12th 2016. These are his last words according to Swami Rudrananda: “The last year of my life has prepared me for the understanding that divine consciousness can come only through unconditional surrender. That state is reached by surrendering ourselves and the tensions that bind and restrict us, keeping us from expressing the power of creation that is our true essence. It is God flowing through us and showing us that we are nothing but Him. I want to live as an expression of that higher creative will, and from a deeper sense of surrender.”

+RodCornholio You just need to walk every day and walk when the oxygen levels are high. This aids red blood cells = healing, and maximisation of energy reserves. Jesus is ultimate healer, Saviour and King. I am not sure the being Catholic, et al,qualifies, as it is a mix and with a mix, usually an idol [false God(s)] have been carved out for one's own glory.

I'm glad you see it! How many 90 year old people can even walk like him, let alone fight youngsters. ;) I fight numerous health issues with Tai Chi Chaun and Qigong. Self taught, and practicing for 4 years. If one does it everyday, the results speak for themselves. For those that haven't even tried a touch of Qigong, can feel the difference. I start my class with a couple Qigong moves, and the feeling in the entire group is calm peaceful and open. I haven't tried Wugi style, Tai Chi Chaun, YET. I think this will be the next form I teach myself. ;) For the nay sayer's, it's obvious to those that know you just haven't learned to open their minds enough to even try it. Therefor have no relevant input. If you want to speak against something, you first must learn what you are speaking on.

@tyndaleisrael7822

+Kiel Anderson people would mis-use this, like they do all the blessings God gives us… the stone stele they dismissively say "records the interactions between Chinese and Christians" neglects to say that this is often referred to as the "Nestorian Stele" and it says that in the 700s AD there were more than 3,000 Christian churches in China, at least one per county… (Christianity flourished from 700 AD to 900 AD and a remnant church still remains, one set up by two of the 70 Christ sent to spread the word) It is interesting that the height of Chinese civilization, the Tang Dynasty, was also the height of Christianity in China…. Christianity was referred to as the "religion of Light" and there is even a cross coming out of s lotus flower on the stele that they don't show… this qigong master is a catholic only in the sense that there are MANY occult groups within this church, which arrived long after the true Church did… the knowledge of Qigong on this level usually involves a "spirit guide" or master who is a supernatural being that informs people how to manipulate demonic energies, much like King Solomon was said to be able to do… they never talk about that. This "spirit guide" often dictates to and manipulates the person they guide… Also, the universe is not chaotic, but incredibly ordered and intelligently designed… but it is fallen and tending to dis-order as a result… this supposed Catholic does not even mention Christ! he is just another deeds-based person who thinks that he can earn a place with God when we are told specifically no man can earn the life they are given, which is free, nor can they gain eternal life this way… deeds must be a reflection of faith in Jesus Christ, which is the only true path.

LOL Anyone who can say that last sentence is perfectly fine. The problem is, you're mixing mentions of 8 different arts together. I'm sure that would be difficult to make coherent in any language, much less one with no cultural attachments to those arts. Mixing such fields is also highly complicated and probably dangerous if done incorrectly. Not to mention your harshness there is going to put off many, and despite most of those things being arguable, nobody's going to build a 230 line book like you did, just to respond. Also, most commenters are here encouraged by the Christian part of it, which at least four of those arts go directly against, even if you somehow mixed both concepts together as it seems you have. So that may not be the best here. You'd be better off coming from a secular point of view and explaining the quantum mechanics of it. The chance of you explaining it to those who do have a lot of exposure to physics are equally slim though, since you'll be immediately be asked for a peer-reviewed study on it. People apparently cannot deal with concepts nowadays.

+Kiel Anderson "Crazy how most people don't know about this". Know what? There is precisely zero evidence for the existence of "chi" for the ability of one person to change heath health outcomes in another by waving their hands over them. Lots of claims are made by practioners of Chi-Gung and similar practices about the supposed external physical effects of their "skills" and several of them approached James Randi's organisation to try to claim his $1 million prize. The fact that none of them gave walked away with the money and none of them have ever demonstrated their claimed abilities under controlled conditions speaks volumes.
@crazy808ish
@crazy808ish 8 жыл бұрын
baldieman64 You'd be better off arguing the flaws in the practice. The whole "there's no evidence" bit has been applied by the skeptic community to so many facets of medicine, it's losing it's value as a valid reason to discredit something.

People always go trough the path of power by choosing powerful martial arts but they don't know that true power can only come from mastering your chi. I did some karate for 4 years and stopped after realising it was way too competition oriented. I started to practice the bo staff and qi gong after that and I must that it's truly beneficial not only for my physical health but mainly for my mental state.

"The essence of all evolution from nature emerge from chaos. By understanding the infinite energy 'that' is always available to us, we can flow naturally in the chaotic rhythms of the universe. Try to avoid patterns and repetition, mix things up; and let chi flow smoothly. Remain flexible, and relaxed in all you do. This, is to truly understanding chikung."

it's not a myth, I have felt it. I've denied it many times . for each of those times, I was slapped with encounters that I could not ignore. things that I spent all my life skeptical of I am now embracing. I have improved my multiple sclerosis with it and helped a friend with diabetes lower his blood sugar when he had a spike during a work out. to those of you who don't beleive. it's not something you have to beleive to feel. you do need to be guided into it due to the fact that there are quite a few body principles that need to be accounted for . I urge you to seek out and experience this for yourself.

Nice observation. In terms of the "Chakra" system (which is Indian, not Chinese and may therefore not correlate exactly to QiGong), the heart centre is often associated with the emotions or energy of love/happiness. The sacral Chakra/centre of emotions is located in between the sexual organs and the navel.

energy/qi/ether/aura is real. Im not fond believer of religion, but this practice is more closer next to paranormal or spirituality. I been meditating from time to time and gain my own aspect on how it works. you can harness qi from nature itself or from the sun or from the cosmos energy from the universe. it flows thorough in and out of our existence. its your personal thought that can conquer ur own energy. Mind over matter. Everyone has their own methods on applying it to their lives. My energy has strength that vibrates around and people at times can feel it within my presence. Chinese call it "yang"when im in a positive mood. Even on the internet i can influence people through live stream. Allowing them to feel the heat and the power of my energy which sometimes causes their video to stutter or lag. They can understand my mood if its negative or positive. Im still trying to find out on how to apply it out of spiritual realm into physical realm. Im only just beginning. If somehow I can master it and it takes dedication and time.

rdc perhaps you could use it for healing. but do not use up so much of your own energy but rather become a conduit or channel for the healing energy of the universe. try to achieve balance by releasing the extra energy you might have absorbed, through exercises such this. ensure there is balance between yin and yang.

sorry, there's ZERO evidence for qi/ether/aura. (and a LOT of evidence it's not real). *ZERO* evidence for the spiritual realm either. Remove your tinfoil hat and educate yourself. it's 2017 ffs

I totally agree Rog, there are things in this world that science can not understand and explain, ancient knowledge has been over looked or forgotten. Advanced science and ancient knowledge can only make us better as human beings in this fucked up world.

what people might not know about this man was that his grandfather was the personal doctor to the last Chinese Emperor Pu Yi, and his father was also the last emperor's personal bodyguard....these people know their stuff when it comes to martial arts and healing.

these comments are very lengthy,In the end if we don't have real love,then our faith/beliefs/religion is useless,God loves us all no matter the background,let us pray for such love,practice such love towards each other , this is true religion and the world would be a better place however great or small the change is

My Mom must be a Master! She says: If I catch you dead in the streets when I told you not to play there, I'll give you a hiding! And boy oh boy, did she bring me back to life often!!!! Yeah, the art of healing and teaching discipline!!! Yay! For our SUPERMOMS and SUPERDADS!!!! Of course, I've learned to obey 'da laws', but sometimes I have to reign in that absolute naughtiness that wants to test the boundaries ... Guess that's the explorer in me... Yay!!! BE AWESOME!!!!! Love deeply madly - remember: There's method in your madness!!!

Regardless of peoples disbelief of his Chi Gung. He was in his 90's able to use a computer, and walk better than most people 30 years younger than him. That's besides the mystism. Most people his age can't even do what he does! When you get to his age walking with a cane or sitting on a wheelchair crapping in diapers and begging the nurse to change it, your going to reflect back to this video you saw and say "Damn I wish I took that up!" lol. To each his own.

to judge humanity as a whole and say they will misuse this concept , teaching or knowledge is pathetic excuse religious or authority figures , masters use for disempowerment of self. I think the only crime or misuse is found in not teaching them these truths because by not teaching them and harboring this knowledge as secret or sacred it slows down expansion greatly which is why people suffer...lack of expansion .

+Maika Kai I'm of two minds regarding what you've said here. On the one hand, perhaps you are completely correct. The amount of suffering experienced among humanity due to shortfalls in our ability to heal is tragic, and it seems a lot of benefit could be obtained by a wider familiarity with the use of chi in healing. On the other, I reflect on how many discoveries we have made that, while offering potential benefit to people, have been turned to become tools of violence and war. The knife - very practical in cooking, camping, sailing, and surgery - has so very often been used as a weapon. Chemical medicines have also been used as poisons. Atomic energy, which - with acknowledged dangers that have been underestimated - can supply homes with light and warmth was first applied to the most destructive acts in human history. I really don't know if we, collectively, are trustworthy enough to be supplied with the potent knowledge whose use is demonstrated here. I'm unsure whether anyone knows for certain.

Those who seek will find. Like with most significant achievements in ones life, this too requires dedication and sincere commitment. It's a choice one have to make to restlessly seek and learn if they truely wish to attain such skills. Our actions testify for what we really find important in our lives. Someone once said "don't throw your pearls to the pigs"

+Miklos Handa Yes this is inherently already with in us. It is when we stop seeking that it gets revealed to us . There are those who can enter the kingdom of heaven within and go into the heart space metaphysically with no real intentions or those who earnestly seek . Either way we need flow with this source and embody it effortlessly and share it with all humanity .
