Very nice haul and cool 😎 trip to B&N. The Celebration is a really good edition and example of the whole Dogme 95 movement. I got The Funeral in June as part of Target’s Buy 2 Get 1 sale and need to watch it (I love Tampopo as well - so good). I don’t have Purple Noon yet so I might pick up in a future sale. Enjoy watching those movies and thanks for sharing 😊!

Nice haul. I settled on getting the Bruce Lee boxset and High & Low. I saw the latter earlier this month and loved it. I almost picked out Versus but skimped out on it because there were two very enticing horror novels on sale.

High and Low is definitely top tier Kurosawa, and I love Versus. One of my faves from Arrow in recent memory. I’d definitely recommend grabbing the limited edition slipcover version at B&N if you see it again. It has the second disc with the Ultimate Versus cut, and I think they’re priced the same too

i know you're in the minneapolis area. which store is that with the puzzles in the empty vinyl section omg lol. last time i was at MOA barnes the entire second half of the vinyl back wall section was empty
