With a little more listening in the world, who knows...perhaps we might actually be able to get somewhere. Makes us value that peace and comfort a gentle drive around some beautiful scenery can bring all the more. Yet another splendid video. Always enjoyed, always appreciated.

Could not agree with you more. I have a sense of responsibility that one must watch and listen as a witness but there are times when we need to put our heads in calm open air. Thank you for all the great episodes over the last year.

I agree completely regarding the need too reflect and listen to what's going on or that is worrying you etc. A great drive out in a classic Triumph must be one of the best rest-bites. Well done to share that lovely driving route. Cheers Bob

Hello Sean, Colin here. Thank you, as always, for a most enjoyable and informative video. Your wise words at the end were also much appreciated. I took in your reference to USAF Bentwaters and looked up the video of your visit there. I have put that video onto my ever-expanding watch list! Watching your videos really makes me wish I still had my Vitesse. Best wishes, C.

Hi Colin, I am so pleased you enjoyed this. The weather is so awful that I have only been able to start the Vitesses and run them up to temperature. Looking forward to some dry roads and more filming 👍

Thank you so much Mark. My best wishes to you and yours for the season. I am hoping to get back to filming early next year, or sooner if the weather permits. Otherwise we may have swap one of the Triumphs for a submarine!

@@seanhumfrey James May used the Triumph Herald as the basis for his boat/car so you never know... I will look forward to your next videos in any case, it'd be nice to see you in my neck of the woods again if the opportunity arises!

Hi Sean…. I’ve just got myself a MK2 and would also like to do a road video….What camera/sound set up do you use and how do you secure the camera to the seat…?

Excellent Michael, I am really looking forward to seeing your Vitesse and sharing your drives, so do post a link in my comments when you start. GO PRO 9, with a generic microphone with a fluffy windsock an a long cable. Nothing sophisticated. My earlier videos were using the same micro phone and just a mobile phone (camera) on a miniature tripod gaffer taped to a cardboard box wedged on the back seat behind the front passenger seat. With the go pro, I have a bendy mount with a crocodile clip that snaps over the backseat side panel behind the B pillar. I am not sure if this could work with a saloon, in which case the cardboard box method might be worth a try. I hope this helps. Really looking forward to seeing your channel 😀👍👌

@@seanhumfrey It’s a convertible so I think I’ll use cardboard box method 😄
