കുഞ്ഞു മക്കളെ vegetables കഴിപ്പിക്കാൻ ഒരുപാട് വഴികൾ ഉണ്ട് അതിൽ main അവരെ അതിന്റെ ഗുണങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു മനസ്സിലാക്കി കൊടുക്ക എന്നുള്ളതാണ്... അതിലൊന്നും വീഴുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ.. അവരുടെ favourite ആയിട്ടുള്ള ഫുഡിന്റെ കൂടെ koreshe കൊടുത്തു നോക്കുക.. ലൈക്ക് ഇപ്പോ ഓറഞ്ച് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന കുട്ടികൾ ആണെങ്കിൽ half portion അതിൽ കാരറ്റ് ഇട്ട് ജ്യൂസ് ആക്കി കൊടുക്കുക.. പിന്നെ നോൺ വെജിൽ മിക്സ് ആക്കി കൊടുക്കാം.. ഇഡ്ലി മാവിൽ ദോശ മാവിൽ ഒക്കെ കുറേശെ അരച്ച് ചേർക്കാം.. ചപ്പാത്തി മാവിൽ അരച്ച് ചേർക്കാം.. ഇത് വഴി colorful ആക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാം.. ചപ്പാത്തി തന്നെ നീളത്തിൽ മുറിച്ചു ചിക്കൻ ഒക്കെ ഇട്ട് നൂഡിൽസ് പോലെ ആക്കുമ്പോൾ അതിന്റെ കൂടെ ചേർക്കാം.. 🥰😍

Super മഴ episode. മഴയെ ഭയങ്കരമായി പ്രണയിക്കുന്ന ആളാണ് ഞാൻ. മോന് vegetable soup ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊടുക്കാം. Vegetable വേവിച്ച് അരച്ച് cream ചേർത്ത് കൊടുക്കാം. കൂടെ crutons. Cutlet ഉണ്ടാക്കാം. Omlette ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ carrot grate ചെയ്തത്,പൊടിയായി അരിഞ്ഞ തക്കാളി, കാബേജ് ഇതൊക്കെ ചേർക്കാം. ഒരു meal ആവുകയും ചെയ്യും ❤❤❤❤

Non vegil ittu koduthal chicken matram perukki kazikum piller.. I tried betroot dosa , carrot dosa n all so my child stopped eating dosa. Orangu juicente koode carrot mix aakiyal they can identify a difference in taste and adhavide ittitu povum…avasanam orangu kudikunnadhum nilkum.. may b it works for some kids but not all. It’s not so easy as said…Now I stopped feeding veggies in disguise. Instead he get to choose the vegetables he likes .. and he can reject any 3 vegetables per week (only 3). So its a win win. Kuttiku avide oru freedom of choice feel cheyunnu.. hez the decision maker snd not being forced or tricked. And only 3 matrame oru weekil reject cheyan pattu, so No parayunadhu alojiche cheyu.. ellam no no parayilla
