A real Bavarian omelet.
(2-4 servings)
INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY:
smoked sausage 2 pcs.
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
boiled potatoes 1 pc.
green onion 2 pcs.
butter 70 g / 0.154 lb (2.469 oz).
COOKING TECHNOLOGY:
cut smoked sausages;
heat the frying pan;
put butter on a heated pan;
put sliced sausages in a pan;
cut boiled potatoes into circles;
put chopped potatoes in a pan;
break the chicken eggs into a deep container;
beat chicken eggs with a whisk;
cut green onions;
add onion to beaten eggs and mix;
pour the egg and onion mixture into the pan;
simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Cooking time is 7-10 minutes.
