I just want to add this as something that might help with the newborn getting better sleep if you put a certain color blanket on the foot of his bassinet, saying basically do not touch him and then the rest of the time just normal blankets kind of like their lights in their room knowing when they can come out and when they can’t one of my friends has 12 children and she has had to do that because every time there was a new baby, she had 10+ kids trying to touch the new baby and it took her having her 11th baby to come up with that idea

Getting a front carrier can be a game changer. You or Austin can wear him and eat and move about hands free while getting non stove meals ready and using Swiffer or vacuuming .he is content and can doze off. May want to do half and half decaff and regular in case he is sensitive to caffeine in your milk
