I would build a solid normal foundation, but I will not shoot this idea down. There are a lot of low-cost housing needed in countries where populations are booming. If the location of the house is on a place nice and high - away from rivers and floodplains and other obvious building mistakes, it can really provide emergency housing for a good while.

Even with all of the covering, is a box house sturdy in a high wind? At least you would have boxes for packing if it blew down 😊 Cool project - and I hope all is till well on your end.

That house might collapse since those boxes are in dirt with no solid foundation, especially if it rains it will be soggy and with Gusty winds it's a recipe for disaster. I totally love the vision for this house just isn't safe at all.
