A Real VW Beetle on a Small SCALE? - The KDF KommandeurWagen Type82E Mini BuG RC

Hey Guys this is a little off from my regular videos, but I thought my VW Volks would enjoy this! You are looking at a 1/12th Scale RC Beetle by a company FMS and RocHobby. When we cant find or afford the real deal, why not get the mini version?
I was actually contacted by the creator himself (Victor Ma) to do an overview on this lil car.

Most RCs have a scale body just on a typical RC chassis, but not this one! This is right down to the crashbox tranny and rear engine like the real thing.

Hello Chris, this is a great r/c car and really bridges a gap between museum quality collectible and r/c car you can actually drive and enjoy. I so far have two of these (rochobby/fms Kommandeurwagens) and have some mods planned for one of them. It's great to see Victor and his work highlighted here. Victor is an intelligent and great guy. Victor has a lot of neat things planned so getting the word out on these is crucial that his and ultimately all VW, KdF and r/c lovers dreams can be realized. Thank you for the video.

That is so cool; many years ago I had a Tamiya 1:9 scale Kübelwagen plastic kit that was probably the best and most detailed I’ve ever seen. Nowadays they’re very expensive WHEN you can find them.

I love that thing! I just got mine, and I’m so impressed by the realism scale! Blown away! I just put one of my 1/12 scale ww2 figure inside and it looks awesome! I can’t wait to add some weathering and some more details to the paint!👌😎👍great video!

Man it's like making a crown Vic police car at that time who knows were discovering new things every day we haven't been told and maybe we will find that in Germany too but just little difference they found first lap top there in from thirties and the horn stealth before we made them so who knows really sounds crazy but never know what what else we will find in those pictures and documents

That Buick had power press button windows back then while other cars and the Volkswagen had handle to roll up and down called i call them crank window handles you have to crank them like you crank a model t with a crank but this crank window down with crank window while that Buick had power ones like today's cars do

They will let us know when they show new discovery on documents and lost films also what other cars they found like the Buick reviara 1963 it is ahead of our time possibly german parts it looks like a mid to late 60s Buick or Chevy or early to mid seventies dodge charger or road runner possibly germen part imported most cars in 1963 look like they never came out of fifties yet and this Buick so futuristic it got power windows like seventies to eighties and today still so it was advance in 63 before our time

The civilian and police ones were bluish gray to black like Godzilla on movie was on some movies military was bluish gray to bluish gray to yellow to green same with security like police patrolling shopping parking lots bluish gray to gray to light gray almost white to blue to black

Yes those good luck cars strange other thing survived the blast few thousand compared to others were unscaled and still intact it was like i said they were like miracle cars like it was good luck charm to Americans bad luck on the one stupid man that made it and back fired it was military police and civilian i saw an hour German version of paid commercial movie two married civilians had the civilian off like crown Vic's and caprices we're police cars but also civilian made as well and rag tops too for civilians so it wasn't just military it was civilian to but like mark of beast they had the box with coins you have to turn Handel in box to get coins and get a stamp to get the car similar to mark of beast but in 1930s version not injection funny every thing else even the bug was advanced before our time but the mark thing or similar well off that well if some one won few would gave if not majority if others lost they didn't get car or could have been rigged so the others couldn't get it who knows every things possible rather they lived or percecuted i don't know but if they didn't win they didn't have car few did or half other half or majority did not win

They are not that different from a Volkswagen beetle of 60s so advanced but police ones of Nazi ears were fast up to 100 miles per hour so i heard documentary they went even military bugs went 1006 miles per hour unless talking police ones or military police ones only both of those
