Your vlogs honestly feel like a facetime with a friend for a weekly catch up! Keep doing you! I've been a subscriber for many many years (I actually know Tyler from Freakish, we are from the same small town in NC!) So freaked when y'all worked together cause I was a fan of yours beforehand! Love how real your videos feel! I've even shared some tears with you! Just wanted to share some love! xoxo

I appreciate your Covid advice in the last video SO MUCH! My whole family came down with it right after I watched it. We followed your advice (along with taking Paxlovid) and all recovered within a couple weeks for the most part. Like you, I’m dealing with a post Covid sinus infection and funky feeling ears though. I hope you feel better soon.🫶 Also, keeping in the part w/you counting on your fingies is so real, because, same.💁♀️

been on a big journey recently myself of realizing that my only job in this life (that I'm giving to myself) is to be myself! at the end when you said you get worried that you're not doing what other people are doing, it reminded me a lot of headspaces I've been in in the past. what makes your content so lovely (and makes me click on it instantly when I see it appear on my youtube homepage) is the fact that you're yourself. no one else can be you or live your life and that applies for all of us. you have so much going for you and you add such joy and comfort to my life by making your videos. you should be proud of yourself and the content you make that perhaps isn't like what other people are making because that's whats lovely about it. just wanted to share my perspective as a long time viewer who truly appreciates your work.

Sending you positive vibes for your rheumatology appointment! Getting an EDS diagnosis was super validating and full of relief for me. I hope that you can get some of that soon no matter the outcome ❤

Highly recommend the EDS exploration- getting that figured out helped me understand SO much about myself medically. It’s almost an umbrella where so many things can show up underneath it, but once you understand it, treating and adapting gets so much easier.

That would make so much sense if you had EDS especially with your POTS diagnosis. I know those two are linked pretty often and a lot of people have both because the EDS can affect the heart and cause POTS. And I’m sure that also affects how your body deals with illnesses too. I hope the diagnosis process goes smoothly!

I got my second round of covid towards the end of January. Legit saw you get sick, get better, rebound, and then BAM my turn. Couldn’t believe this time was worse than the time I had it while pregnant, but I’m glad it happened that way. Also glad yours wasn’t as bad this time.

Hi doll...I was diagnosed with EDS when I was born and I am now 52 (I hope I'm not too old to watch you lol, you give me a sense of comfort). Back when I was diagnosed, EDS was really only about being a connective tissue disorder with a very few other things like being very flexible, stretchy skin, etc.. There seems to be a lot more that is connected with my disorder that I know nothing of but somewhat learning from watching you. BTW, I've watched you for YEARS, like way before nose surgery... :)))

Yeah when I got my EDS diagnosis it felt like I went from having a laundry list of things wrong me down to a much more manageable sized list. Don’t get me wrong, I still have all the same issues but it was very validating to me to know that there is a main reason for all of those. P.S. I also definitely think you have EDS

I'm pretty sure and so it's my POTs clinic that I have EDS but they said there is literally no where to refer to (in the UK) Rheumatology won't assess, physios have told not to refer people they suspect of having it, it's absurd. You may want to look up something called ' place blindness' or 'topographical agnosia' which means you can't navigate anywhere, I have it, it was life changing to know I had it. X

Genome Medical can do connective tissue disorders (EDS+) genetic testing for you that’s around $250 (outside the initial appointment) which was very informative and helpful. I tested negative for the panel, and then followed up with my primary care doc for the hEDS diagnosis. I’m sure you don’t need anyone to tell you how to live your life, but from personal experience antibiotics, vaccines, and steroid shots (I received all around 2021) made my health so much worse - inflamed symptoms and created new ones. it might be worth backing off as much medical intervention as possible. i’m 3 years in and just starting to find equilibrium again.
