I have my old favorites that I'll pull out and read over and over again. I love the white slip cover but I get it that it just doesn't go with your living room. Could you have it dyed cream? Or cream and white pillows? I'm sure you figure out a solution that will work!

Hahaha I loooveee that you all are like me, still decorating this late into the season 😂. I have so many books I adored this year. Not all of them Romance, but some that I would just love to share with you all! It's funny you mention that about having it dyed, because I said the same thing to Sebastian! Yes, definitely it will be great to hear your opinion and recommendation of books. I also Love reading and I try to enforce it on my kids. Now everyone wants to be on their phone or tablets and prefer to read the e-books. I will rather read a paper book. It's great watching your blog, I am also still putting up my Christmas decoration. This month is going by so fast that I can't believe Christmas is next weekend and I haven't even bought any Christmas gifts for my kids.

Yay!! Omg I love Colleen Hoover 🤣 I've been reading her stuff for a couple of years. Ugly Love is super polarizing, but probably my favorite of hers. She's great at romance cause her books always have somewhat broken characters.

I've been catching up on your Vlogs this morning. I had this one and the last one on in the background, but I wasn't focused enough to comment. I'm off from work this week, at home ... which means I'm missing my daily trip to Starbucks. I need to try to get out of the house to order your drink. I think mine never look like yours because I always so "no whip." I love the idea of christmasy books! I didn't even think of that. Please let us know if you end up liking this book. I have to look into your sofa too! We purchased a new one when we moved, and it didn't even last a year! Cushions sunk in.. springs broke we think :| But we haven't replaced it yet because we plan to move again soon. sooo.. OMG SO annoyed with your landlord ... JUST give Kristi-Anne and Sebastian the house already :| But.. he's probably not going to budge now given the market conditions and rising interest rates. Have you guys considered looking at other townhouses that might go on sale around you? This has been a topic on Vlogmas for years now. And finally, don't feel bad! This vlog was festive- even hanging out at home. :)

Oh crap I'm just seeing I missed this comment when I was doing my responding spree the other night!! Aww yay I'm happy you're off work, too! I find they often have the holiday drinks for a while after Christmas, but yes, the whip makes ALL the difference. I treat it like dessert haha. Without the whip the topping just kind of melts into the drink. I'm already really liking the book a lot, and usually by the end of the night I'm so tired I fall asleep after like 3 pages haha, so I'm only at like 50 pages in right now! Pottery Barn has great sofas. I love them. They're well worth the investment, in my opinion. Additionally, you can continue to replace the slip covers. I've had this sofa for like... 9 years?! OMG. What a long time. The box of the sofa is totally perfect, and the slipcover, we literally would wash like once a week (sometimes more) and it held up for forever! I'm also annoyed with my landlord haha. It's making me think I need to make a bigger move though. I've been thinking about Montreal for a long time, so I could finally live somewhere that I could use my French! Yeah the rising interest rates are awful. The only fortunate thing is, some of the properties around here have come down in price! We have looked everywhere for townhouses. Unfortunately for what we want out of a house, the newer townhouses and even older townhouses don't have any (or very few) of the features we want. Thanks so much!! I'm so happy you enjoyed it!

Omg it's so funny that you say that because I actually cut out a part where i said the same thing to Sebastian, that pasta with cream sauces is such a comforting dish for a cold day! Thanks so much! I was like that, too! I used to always just stick with thrillers. I bounce around between genres. I got in a beach read trap, but to be honest, I love it. Everything feels good, and it's such a nice escape at the end of the day.

Love books! I was also thinking of a solution for you. What about setting an easy achievable goal for your channel. Maybe one video a month, maybe film one week, edit here and there and post at the end. That way your channel has routine posts. And for vlogmas why dont you shoot for one or two a week. I think that could take a lot of pressure off and keep engagment up and maybe than youll produce enough revenue ti get an editor?

Too white. Yours looks great though. The Christmas decor on the dresser is so pretty. I hear you on getting a head start on Christmas grocery shopping, here in the US you can order your groceries online and do a store pick up or delivery. It’s a huge help during this busy time of the year. I literally go in for a few items I prefer to buy myself and voila, shopping is done! Dinner looked delicious. Have a great evening!💗

I got so busy when I started my new position in May, but after the holidays I hope to get back into it again! I'll add my coat to the description box! I love it - it's so warm! Mine is soooo white in person. I think the lut and yellow lights made the sofa look less stark on camera. It looks much worse in real life. I hope I get used to it 😬😂. No problem! These coats fit big, I would say. I normally wear their 2XS but this one they even added a 3XS I think for people like me who are short and don’t want to look like a marshmallow. I went with the smallest size and it still feels roomy and comfy with sweaters on. Most of my sweaters aren’t very thick though! And yes! I wanna film outside tomorrow! I didn’t get to leave my house today cause of editing haha.

Later tonight I will rewrite the novella I wrote to you yesterday. I ended up writing such a marathon because your saying you were sad made me write about how sad I was too. 😂 I even sat and cried yesterday. But I’ll write about it later tonight after I’m done with my work. I have a question about the garland you put on your stairs. Did you make that too? Can you show it from up close in your next video and explain even in short how you made that? I still have to do the stairs. I am still working on my second tree that I have upstairs. I can't seem to part with it haha. I can definitely show it up close! I've been wanting to do a tutorial for it for forever. The fact that you can remove the cover to wash it makes it so much better. Did you end up getting the All Clad turkey roaster? If not, you should~I have one and I love it. It doesn’t bend in half when you pick it up and Sebastian will love the fact that it is dishwasher safe, lol!

Yes omg! Reading is one of my all-time favorite hobbies. I haven’t been reading as much in recent years because of my schedule, but this past year I prioritized it a lot more (before starting my current job) and I just realized it’s something that brings me so much joy, and I need to prioritize it. Omg I see you read The Starless Sea! I have read like half of it but I couldn’t get myself to finish it. Does it get less confusing?

I started school again this past year and didn’t think I was going to be able to read much but did better than I thought I would with working full time and writing papers! Okay so The Starless Sea.. haha I don’t even know where to begin. It’s like, I enjoyed it while reading it but it took me SO LONG to read. I ended up switching to audio but because it was pretty confusing, it was hard to follow that way. It sort of stays ambiguous-feeling the whole way, to be honest 😂 I didn’t hate it but I also expected to love it more than I did. I think I appreciated it because I love reading and stories. It felt like a love letter to those kinds of people I suppose?
