Onion - 1 pc
Carrots - 2 pcs
Peppers - 2 pcs
Boiled chickpeas - 450 grams / 16 oz
Tomato puree - 150 grams / 5 oz
Water - 500 ml
Paprika
Black pepper
Thyme
Olive oil
Salt
Method of preparation
Fry the fresh sausage on both sides for 3 minutes on a moderate heat (6th degree). We take them out on a plate and in the same fat we stew the onions and carrots, cut into large pieces.
