There is a great doc in US , a chiropractor dr John Bergman, runs Extreme health academy online, they also have a clinic in Mexico, I highly recommend to everybody, he is a wonderful doc, visits may be expensive for some of us unfortunately, maybe in Mexico is not, worth it though..

You are incredibly insightful and wise. Thank you so much for expressing your experience with us. I relate to you so much. Not being able to associate with who you are and being so dissociated is an incredibly isolating experience. I hope you are doing okay and have the support and care you need to get through this ❤

I can relate to some of the things you describe i think, however ive only ever felt these glimpses of madness very momentarily and they were extremely distressing. Usually they happen or occur for me in relation to stressful events or situations, so ive been trying to work on cultivating inner peace of mind. I want to recommend to you a book (you can find the audio version on youtube) that has helped me. I dont know if it can help you, but i want to try and do something. Its called Tao Te Ching. Its a book from ancient china, and it helps me to find inner peace and to let go. I hope it can help you in some way or other. From watching anither one of your videos i understand your apprehension towards antipsychotics. ive been on them myself and the way they affect your thinking and your brain sucks but they can occasionally be necessary in the short term i think. If you arent already taking it, id advise that you try fish oil, ive heard it can help a little for some.

Thanks for the recommendations! I'll take a look at that book. Madness is certainly distressing. It's a living hell that seemingly tears your mind to pieces. It's definitely not a space anyone would want to spend any time in. Hold on to your inner peace, or better yet, let it hold on to you. Thanks again, my friend.

Hi John. I'm doing pretty good, my friend. Still standing. Still marching. Still rising. This video allowed me to step back into a bit of suffering I experienced. There's a brokenness that can't quite be expressed through words. I revisited this place, not as a captive, but as an observer of my captive self. I had no intention of staying there, though. I'm good! I hope you're doing also doing good, my friend. And, thanks for checking in 😀

@@themorningmist99 Great to hear you are well Paul. 🙂 I like to reflect from time to time too, it can be really great at drawing new conclusions forever striving to find quicker and less painful solutions to all manner of things... If I am honest I find a lot of approaches to mental health to be like a sticky plaster effect on a wet wound (surface level stuff). It helps in the short term but never addresses the underlying problems. I analyse psychosis from a Spiritual approach (I'm no health professional). Psychosis in my opinion is purely psychological and it's often conclusions drawn from our vulnerabilities/fears etc. Someone with a solid and healthy foundation of self (sees themselves as healthy, likeable and filled with self-pride and confident they can handle all manner of life's obstacles), isn't about to be triggered by all manner of fears, plus they have a healthy outlook on themselves and others. A healthy self-foundation will also prevent to a large extent paranoia. It's one thing to be afflicted with schizophrenia etc. and another to head down rabbit holes due to the negative beliefs we have of ourselves (if that makes sense). Self-acceptance is embracing one's wholeness and taking ownership. It can go a long way in addressing weaknesses, plus tends to lean towards self-cleansing, focussing on and addressing the real issues, which is how we view ourselves. Happy and at peace when we look at our reflection in the mirror, we are less likely to be triggered by all manner of social interactions etc. we have no control over. Our self-foundation is the one consistent thing we take with us in all manner of life's situations and the healthier and stronger that foundation is the healthier our state of mind/mental health is too. Hope this has been of some interest. 🙂

@John26767 Wow. You're 100% on that, John. Recognizing oneself and being certain of who we are gives no space for psychosis to take root within the mind. Thanks for the words of wisdom, my friend 🙏

a lot of family trauma has been caused by my scizophrenia. my condition includes thought broadcasting and auditory hallucinations that see the future. the voices choose to make offers that they say could change the past and could stop the family trauma. how do you think I should deal with this
@themorningmist99
@themorningmist99 8 ай бұрын
Deal with your trauma. Free yourself from the pain of the past. Don't trust the voices. Even if they tell you truth, are sympathetic, or show you the future things that come to pass, don't trust them. They do these things to build your trust so your mind remains open to them. If you're open, then they can manipulate you to their game. They'll laugh at you. Even if you don't hear it, they laugh. You'll be left in confusion, and that confusion is their fun. Don't make deals with them because they can't change a thing from your past, and they wouldn't even if they could. Well, except maybe they'd give you more suffering. I think you should deal with the trauma by making peace within and then turning away from the voices and other symptoms by casting your attention on life in this world by striving to enhance yourself, body, spirit/mind and soul. Keep your attention on inner growth. That's how I'd deal with it.

@@themorningmist99What do you think the voices are? Entities splitting your own inner voice up? Demons? What do you think about it

@Joe-iu5lz Well, it's probably not ideal to have that conversation under someone else's post. But that's a good question.

My son moved 9 hours away a year ago. I haven’t seen him in a year. Since then he has blocked all family and friends. He’s been off meds since Nov 2022. He says not to come to his house. My daughter and I are very worried about him. Should we fly up and check on him? I’m worried it might make the situation worse. I don’t know what to do or how to help. Advice???

Hi! I'm sorry to hear about your son. Unfortunately, I can't advise you on what to do here. But, it's like you said; it can definitely make the situation worse. But you could also find him in desperate need. There's no right or wrong here as far as I'm concerned. I understand the desire to pursue, but I also understand that you can't pursue him all over the country. You have to make the choice that you can live with. Personally, I think any choice you make you're justified in doing so. Sorry I couldn't offer more.

Maybe it's I who've been in your place? I'm beyond meds. That's no longer necessary. I'm still standing. It's just that revisiting the pain of the past is still a little bit painful, and the madness permeates the air of my old mind. So, when I go back to that time it can be felt. That's the power of it. But it's no different that anyone who experienced a traumatic event breaking down upon recalling the event. It's just the nature of it. I'm aware of that, and I'm also aware of myself. So long as I continue to recognize myself I will remain myself. Thanks for your concern, though. I appreciate it 🙏
