Whoever is doing the landscaping for these homes needs an award! They're always as impressive as the home itself! ❤️

You can really feel the sense of collaboration on this project - the building, landscaping and fittings are all in perfect harmony.

I love that every detail is made light. The general colour is eggshell white, which is not too harsh; the kitchen island is slim with open spaces not a marble slab; the railings and panels are all trimmed just right, not too thick. It's a home that breathes light. And that pool. It looks like an oasis.

You can tell how much these people were truly involved in the project physically on site. They spoke about detail, processes and none of that cliche architectural BS.

That house is just perfect for maximizing what that lot had to offer: great volume of interior space and enough outdoor areas and it's profile doesn't look massive and overbearing in that neighborhood.

‘Northern light’ demands eaves I’d suggest. Once the heat gets in, no sheer curtain will alleviate the consequences associated with that.
@missy46633 жыл бұрын
Agree. Climate change is already dictating smart house design requirements. Large windows without the protection of eaves is asking for trouble. Boundary to boundary builds mean fewer trees on site. All that radient heat and reflective bright light would do my head in.

I disagree, lots of little details you certainly won't find in a metricon home. Not to mention the material choices.

@@MrOso36 this is why you're not an architect, you not only can't see the benefits of the screening but some zoning laws in australia actually require privacy screens.
