As always, cinematography is really in its own class. It's definitely something you dont find often on youtube. Thanks for this creation.

these videos are always so inspiring, aspirational, and ultimately depressing. Thank you local project this is fantastically well filmed content!

Yes the ultimate depression I can relate to this ... Being never be able to build purchase such house ... 😂😂😂
@noname-gm3hhАй бұрын
not only the fact being unable to afford these houses, it is the vibe of typical nonchalant wealth daubed in their cinematography

To me any investment in a property with the ceiling lower than 9 feet makes no sense at all, but the designer did an incredible job to resuscitate this place. One of those rare cases where it's not for a sake of the "design".
@mrvk3927 күн бұрын
my thoughts exactly! these 60s-70s-80s apartment buildings love their low ceilings but the incredible views and removal of all molding, drop ceilings, etc really opened it up. You don't feel at all like you stepped into a 1970s building.

How is this a penthouse on the 11th floor, if the building has 21 floors?
@esbliss13Ай бұрын
Right. It's obviously a great apartment, but not a penthouse. 😄

In Australia, the 11th floor is considered a penthouse.

@@brandonm1726 Penthouse is always the top floor or two-three floors if they belong to the same unit, but not in the middle.

Aussie design is unparalleled. World class. Congratulations to the architects on such an outstanding result.

This is absolutely true. If you watch a lot of American design and build videos, you realise their design thesis is utter garbage 98% of the time. Australian architects are world leading.

Always wondered about the ROI of doing up an apartment for sale…since taste is personal & nuanced
