Rename it middle floor not penthouse, world is bought these days pay the cash and they will say anything especially if they trying to sell it (on the market) fml

To me any investment in a property with the ceiling lower than 9 feet makes no sense at all, but the designer did an incredible job to resuscitate this place. One of those rare cases where it's not for a sake of the "design".

my thoughts exactly! these 60s-70s-80s apartment buildings love their low ceilings but the incredible views and removal of all molding, drop ceilings, etc really opened it up. You don't feel at all like you stepped into a 1970s building.

In Australia, the 11th floor is considered a penthouse.

This is absolutely true. If you watch a lot of American design and build videos, you realise their design thesis is utter garbage 98% of the time. Australian architects are world leading.
