The truth is that in the entire world there are places that owners of the land don't sell to outsiders. Even Europe and America there are places where outsiders are not even allowed to rent. In yoruba land non indigenes are not allowed to buy land around the Oba's palace and that is reasonably understandable. In kano non indigenes or non Muslims are are not even allowed in certain parts of kano. Non indigenes are predominantly living in a place called sabon gari. "Sabon gari literally means new área.
