Is this heart nose kitten also polydactle? If so, he would be a five toed, heart ❤️ nose kitten. Which would also make him a real rarity. 🤔 Don't think I've ever met a totally rare, heart nosed, polydactle kitten before.... maybe I didn't this time either, but it sure looked like it at times. 😅 PS...
