The transition as well as Momo’s part is just so crisp🔥 TWICE is able to have 9 members who dance so in sync and know where to put their power, while also if you look at each member, still have uniqueness. Yeah, I think the thing stood out most to me was how many asymmetrical formations they went with for this choreography. The song itself suggests two separate concepts but it was cool to see Twice lean so heavily into it when a lot of choreographies often stick with symmetry and balance, including Twice themselves. Like you said from the start, there's already an uneven aspect to the motion. The domino is asymmetric in nature as well. Even Jeongyeon's prechorus is mirrored but rotationally instead with the standing and sitting members being offset. Mina's part in the 2nd verse deliberately uses 6 members when they could have easily gone with an odd number for balance. The bridge similarly sets up with an asymmetrical formation in Jihyo's initial portion and then the different levels later on.

Very nicely put. I felt the same and just couldn't quite put it into words ^^' I will say this though: I'm not disliking this "new" formations styles, at all. It was kind of weird but refreshing and they absolutely nailed it :D

definetly agree. This choreo was different from their usual dances.They normally do equal and even formations, but with this concept they split into 2, wich ofc would make it unbalanced(since they are 9) almost like messy?(not in bad way tho,since they representing the moonrise and sunset). It was very refreshing and groundbreaking, they ate

It’s a moon shape in 21:47 at the bridge part, the domino move is to make sure everyone understand that the choreo is mean to be a 🌙, while Jihyo represents the moon, and then Sana came out to be the sun, and then the sun and the moon exist in the same time, TWICE has been used this concept of duality of black and white/ good or evil/ angel and devil vibes over and over again since they want to develop the more mature side of the group while not losing the original flavor of TWICE. And the ending pose is also sun and moon
