As I've mentioned before in Ur other Reviews...I love Blue and White!!... I have it in Variations in just about every room in my Apartment... From Soft Windy Blue in my Living Room to Deep Dark Navy in my Bathroom... I do break it up with pops of Tangerine and various shades of green.... Thnx again.... ❤️😎👍👍

Oh, I love how you wrote this episode. I too am addicted! I really need to get more interior design jobs so that I can buy more books! These books can be a big investment, so I do really appreciate you thumbing through, literally, the books, as well as giving us a great overall impression! I love blue and white rooms, and I especially love blue and white Chinese porcelains, but I don't own a single piece. What I have bought over the years, I've given to friends who collect it. (The base colors in my home are black/grey/indigo and the style is neoclassical, so it just doesn't work for me.) I am, however, always on the lookout for black and white porcelains with a floral or European design. Those are very, very hard to find. Great video, as always. Cheers!

@@thetartantopiary Ah yes. I've watched that one. (I follow Homeworthy.) He's amazing, but I could decorate three houses with what he owns! LOL. That being said, we share a similar color palette and appreciation for old things, moody rooms, and lots of layering of things acquired over time. Many thanks!

Hello I recently discovered the channel and I am watching all the videos in chronological order. I really enjoy the reviews and seeing snippets of your life. Please share where you found the candle that smells like the gardens of Versailles.

They are “Cire Trudon”. I love this candle manufacturer. They have been making candles since 1643. They offer so many historic fragrances, even one based on the scent of the wood floors in Versailles. Gabriel is a great one for winter. It smells like a wood fired kitchen oven from the 17th century. They are not inexpensive, but I usually only get 1 a year!

@thetartantopiary Thank you for replying. I've been trying to find the name of the specific Gardens of Versailles fragrance by Trudon and I found 'Tuileries' is that the one? They all sound amazing 🙂
