Paradoxical psoriasis is a condition that has been newly described. It is a potential side effect whilst using TNF alpha inhibitors for conditions like ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis and even skin conditions. This is a video of a lecture given to Sree Balaji Medical college and Hospital in Chennai in February 2022.
