Heartburn so it must be my gut. My psoriasis hasn’t ever been this bad on my face. Nor has the peeling of skin off my forehead or nose. Just awful

Gut need to keep clean and healthy, you need to try veggie food if two much broth don't help😊

I have had psoriasis for 35 years. I recently did a 26 day fast, the ultimate elimination diet. The day before the fast I did a Humira injection and then one week later. Then I stopped the injections to see what would happen. That was 2 1/2 months ago and I am free of psoriasis. One thing I did change was I started taking N-acetyl glutathione (NAG). I also have had very little gluten since I eating a ketogenic diet. Once I get down to the weight that I want to get to I will try some gluten containing items and see if that triggers it.
