Hello, nice review for the C500 camera. I'm doing a project that need to capture some one talking right in front of the camera (like a webcam) and I still didn't decide witch model to choose (I need to be PoE because I'll be using several cameras on 1 recording computer) but I searched a lot online and couldn't find any decent information about the audio quality or sampling rate of this C500 camera. I've contacted Annke but they also don't have any sample files with audio.. Do you have any recording just with a few seconds of some one talking about 2 feet away from camera? I'd like to check on VLC what audio codec and sampling rate it is using? (if I could get my hands on a sample file I'd check myself). BTW I'm curious what options there are in audio menus. Lastly, do you have any other recommendations (you said you probably were going to get some additional cameras) for a PoE camera that has good value and good audio quality? Do you think this camera can give an image quality similar to a reasonable webcam? Regards and many thanks, Miguel

I would like to know if the C500 is able to record continuously on SD even offline (therefore: without NVR and without internet connection)! I think it must be online when operator sets up the camera and let it start, but then if it remains offline, does it continues to record continuously (for example with the SCHEDULE RECORD mode) on the SD?

Do you know how to change the camera orientation? One of mine shows sideways
