The Ruiner 2000 will explode in one rocket, unless you are doing the fully loaded VIP work in which it will blow up in 27 rockets

@@MustafaRahim-s6u All you need to do is own a Ruiner 2000 and you will unlock a mission called Fully Loaded located under VIP Work in the interaction menu. Once you start the mission you will be given a Ruiner 2000 that takes 27 rockets, has unlimited missiles, and can’t be locked onto. You will only be able to use it for about 30 minutes though before the mission ends. And I will warn you that a lot of griefers like to use this tactic, so players might mistake you for one and go after you in a nightshark or Imani Tech vehicle.
