I like a few things with the the flooring and a few other things but I agree I’m not that comfortable laying back in it the pro xp perfect for my kind of riding
@SXSGuys Жыл бұрын
There's obviously aftermarket seats and accessories to lower/raise seating positions... but by factory, we're more upright riders for sure!

I like the setting up to wanna se the ground in front of my vehicle. Not see 100ft in front of it like u would layed way back. U need to see what ur about to run over.

Think it’s the dune/desert driver versus the mountain/rock driver… which is why each style is so much more popular in those areas

Nice - I had a rzr xp, my wife hated. Sold it after 6 months. Picked up a x3 max and loved it. Sold that recently and have my 2022 x3 smart shox on pre order 😎

I looked at the X3 in 2020 and didn't like the seating position nor the effort required to get in and out of the cab if your'e a tall person. I ended up getting a Kawasaki KRX and never looked back.
@SXSGuys3 жыл бұрын
Love the KRX! Not a fan of the drivetrain for my personal style of riding. It's epic at rock crawling though and seating position, ergonomics, design, aesthetics, all are great!

Funny I rented that model Canam X3 last year, (but with the non performance key :(), and them bought a KRX100 instead (due to the low/snug seat and leaning back/view angle on the Canam). I felt the exact same way as you. Still I am selling my KRX this week and ordering an X3 DS RR . Just not enough power for me in the KRX. Maybe I should consider a RZR too??. Need a Turbo and dont want to add aftermarket Supercharger to KRX - just upgrade to new factory turbo machine.
@SXSGuys2 жыл бұрын
You should consider a RZR Pro XP/Turbo R… Polaris really brought the best of the X3 into the RZR platform and it’s way more power than the KRX. Can-Am will always feel faster and put more speed related smiles on your face, but the RZR is more functional IMHO.

@@SXSGuys Thanks, my buddy has had great luck with his 50" trail, and rides the heck out of it.

I'm with you on the laid back seating position sux...but it's easily fixed. Just drop the front mounts to the lowest position and put the spacer under the rear mounts and that will tilt the backrest forward, you can even get screw on rear mount spacers to get it more upright or weld up your own with a few nuts & bolts.
@SXSGuys3 жыл бұрын
For sure, there's a fix for everything on every machine. The industry is well supported! ...see what I did there.. .eh...eh... ;)

why an almost 2 year old car? I came from a 17 RZR and put 1.5" seat risers in the rear to change the seat angle. made a huge difference
@SXSGuys3 жыл бұрын
We were scheduled to get a number of cars from Can-Am and this was the first one they sent. Unfortunately the current supply issues have delayed the newer cars from making their way to content creators. But this actually was a pretty good car to do this comparison with considering #UncleBen and XP Turbo. Ideally we'd be comparing 2022 cars... if everybody could put a good word in for us ;)

You do know the seats are adjustable in the front to make the seat more upright
@SXSGuys2 жыл бұрын
Yup, but this was a quick test with a loaner that had to go back to Can-Am. If we had a long-term unit, we would have obviously adjusted a number of things. 😎🤘

Does the 72" ride that much better? have a 68" wide KRX now and too tubby. Maybe if I could slide the arce around better. Getting ready to order a Canam and sell my KRX - was seriously considering the 72" 200 HP RS model - long arm suspension vs short arm I guess. Did not know about the shock diameter though.
