Brilliant video Olly, having the tyre guy read out the birthday bumper in Dutch was genius. You might have to make a feature of that when you get other visitors who speak other languages. 😉👍.

That was an awesome blog Olly, super informative, you and the team have put so much work into the presentation for tomorrow - I sincerely hope the weather is kind to you! The Case 1455 “beast” sounds amazing - has to be one of the best sounding tractors of all time!! 😊

Very interesting to see the sand cake, I remember seeing something similar for low pressure dual wheels vs flotations when I was at Ag college.

Olly, that was even more interesting than yesterday! That is saying something, and I'm not joking! I really wish I could have come to the event, I learnt quite a bit just listening to you talk to the guys Then having them explain what they were meaning as to performance of the tyre, you could see what they meant. Thanks for letting me get nerdy about that, but it really interested me! Best of luck for tomorrow too. Hope the rain stays away!!!!!

It looks like he overlooked the reduced rolling radius of the deflated tyres (because he referred to the same 30.75metres). As in, the tractor won’t travel so far in 5 turns with a deflated tyre. That doesn’t affect the performance of a tractor with variable transmission because it will compensate for the slight gearing reduction.

Great video , it would be interesting to see how the quad track does on the cake test

The remote microphone made a big improvement to the audio and hearing what was said. Bit of a faff but would be great if you could use them more when talking to people as it can be quite hard to make out what people are saying some times on the videos. Pretty sure you can get a proper microphone looking holder for the type of microphone you used 👍 These tyre videos have been really interesting

Hi Ollie can your experts aggree with what we were told 20years ago that tyres 75% worn grip better than new tyres? Very interesting never really had compaction with problems with 3year rotation on a mixed farm

When you reduce the pressures do you run the same reduced pressures on the front tires as the different rolling radius between front and rear would cause tire slip unless you reduce them by a different amount?

I'd like to know the answer too, but then I'm just a nerd!
