Aurora and I assume that the whole main building was closed off for some Oogie Boogie bash event? Because the Animation Academy event was the same way on the other side.

@@Disneylander ahhhhh probably so. They do have an Oogie maze in the building. Wow I never even thought about that, awesome that they still keep Crush & Animation open!!

DCA is the best park to celebrate Halloween (in my opinion), it’s the season of the park in that is so lively!

I love the little mermaid ride, but I have to agree that the air conditioning is one of the best things about it 😂

After tower of terror closed Hollywood land feels like a hollow shell that holds only monsters inc for people who only go for rides. After tomorrowlands eventual update Hollywood is sure to follow to an avengers campus 2. I would not enjoy another avengers campus rather a complete overhaul of Hollywood. Put it in the 60s put a rock n roller coaster with the Beatles in the old avengers superstore building and add maybe a 50s diner and a smaller animation academy leading for more room in the building

I've been really worried about the D23 crowds, but it looks like that might not be the case this week?

I think the heat scared a lot of them away! It really wasn't too bad. The crowds AFTER D23 might be worse than what I saw before, but I think it'll be better than you fear!

Was Midway Mania closed?

Yes and no. We had a Lightning Lane for it, but the ride broke down immediately after we got in the queue. We got free passes to ride anything else and instead of using them on Midway Mania, we used them on another Grizzly River Run ride and never got back to Toy Story.
