8:27 I found what this is, it's a link. It's on Caesar Cipher, with key 21 (or -5). I won't say the link because youtube probably will delete it, but copy and paste it and put on any Caesar Cipher translate with the keys I said earlier. It seens to be an ARG, I did the frist part for ya (; There is some hidden links to some videos with a font that I don't know (probably wingdings or webdings, but I'm too lazy to translate it), and a morse code that translates to "UPN". Sorry if my english is a bit broken.
