How are they able to open their eyes in sea water let alone see clearly? What took the coast gurad so long to get there especially since they called in a dead body

Really a 2021 movie can you cant get it in 1080?! A lot of things in this movie that make no sense such as the fact they are from Japan but...are British?! I enjoy slower paced thrillers but this took 27 minutes for anything to actually start happening. That's not a good sign for movies these days. Alright let's just say this movie is so dry that reading the plot on the wiki was more thrilling than the movie itself. Not worth the $3.15 I spent.
