27:05 Out of curiosity, what prompted you to pick Douglas, because that's actually my hometown. Was that deliberate or was that just a lucky coincidence? Additionally, that is nearly the same kind of sirens we use there. Only difference is that the sirens now have this voice just before the sirens sound alerting the public to a test or an actual event. I've never heard the sirens go into an attack pattern before, so that I'm not 100% of.

I picked Douglas because I don't remember Wyoming ever being used in a scenario. As for the sirens, I found a siren map on Google for a nearby county and assumed it would be the same for Converses.
