A SHOCKING Look At The State Of This ABANDONED 1988 Dream Home Raided By Police Tactical Forces

In this episode of Urban Exploring, I will be taking you for a tour through this once gorgeous home that was built in 1988. Outside the home is quite beautiful with solid brickwork and shutters, and the property is massive, both out front and in the backyard. Inside the house was renovated in the mid 2000s and has that mini mansion feel with its luxurious kitchen and bathrooms. Located in a beautiful part of a busy town, this home is part of a beautiful neighborhood, which unfortunately now has a small group of homes that were purchased by developers. The house has seen some crazy tactical force activity and will soon be demolished to make way for multi family dwellings. Join me for a tour of this crazy house!

Yeah it would have been amazing to witness that. I bet it was quite a day or a week or whatever it took. Because if they remove the home they can build another 30 houses lol. Why keep it when you can make more money. Sadly. Thanks for being there as always!!

The property is really huge, but beautiful. I love the fire pit, lots of space to sit together and grill marshmallows and other yummy things. The house is beautiful too, especially the window with the blue birds and the kitchen. On one hand it's interesting to see the damage caused by such explosions, on the other hand it's sad that it's so destroyed. Thanks for another great tour of a wonderful house, Greg. 👍☺️

Very nice house! Its still perfectly fine in some areas of the house although some rooms are in poorer condition. Its sad nobody took care of it in time.

This is another awesome place mate that back yard is massive and I can only imagine the get togethers they would of had around that fire pit. Im always a huge fan of stairs as we dont have many here this was a cool looking place. Its a shame this was used as a police crash course smash place, they probably were the developers. And this still was a neat looking place. Another awesome uncapped episode Brother cheers.

97!!! That is repulsive! This appears to be a lovely neighbourhood. 97! Unbelievable. Hhhmmm towels can be sneaky though! Especially, brown facecloths'. The front door is very underwhelming to say the least. The lot is wonderful and the gardens are just lovely.
