I noticed only 6 bolts holding the rotor blades to the root of the blades to the articulating heel to the hub. Is this really a strong fastening to the rotor system??? For such a powerful helicopter those connections look weak to me. Just an observation. Blue Skies, Stay Safe...

Main rotors never fail. Trust me--those attachments are very strong. By the way, each blade on the S92A costs $500,000!

Yes, it is strong enough. The bolts are a titanium alloy and have sealants and compounds applied to them when installed. What you don't see up close is a safety wire that threads through the heads of the bolts in a tightening direction and secures them from loosening with the vibrations and oscillations produced by a rotor head.

@@jonahpeters337 Makes sense now. The bolts are also of a small diameter to give the blade more strength. The sealants help to bond/cement everything together n fill in any gaps making it a solid fixture...
